- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Baste the chicken with the sauce halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
