  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
