Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

  3. Add the cooked corned beef to the sautéed vegetables.
  4. Drain the potatoes and add them to the mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Serve warm with additional green onions on top.
