Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, and butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly over the crust.

- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the apples.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing.
