Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease or line a muffin tin with parchment paper liners.

- In another bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth.
- Add the eggs to the butter and mix until well combined.
- Pour in the milk and mix until the batter is smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in the diced apples gently to avoid overmixing.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
