- 1 cup Almond butter
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the baking powder and salt, then slowly add it to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- For a nut-free version, substitute almond butter with sunflower seed butter.
- You can add chopped nuts or dried fruits for extra texture if desired.
