Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the tortellini with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the tortellini are well coated.
- Place the tortellini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the tortellini for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden and crispy.
- Remove the tortellini from the air fryer and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
