Description
Perfectly cooked steaks with a crispy exterior and juicy interior, all made in your air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil over the steaks, rubbing it in to coat evenly.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (130°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium).
- Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time according to your desired doneness.
- For thicker steaks, increase the cooking time by 2-3 minutes.
- Letting the steaks rest helps retain their juices.
