- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the flank steak into thin strips.
- In a bowl, combine the steak strips with olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Let the steak marinate for at least an hour for best flavor.
- Place the marinated steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the steak in the air fryer for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the steak is cooking, slice the bell pepper and onion.
- After 10 minutes, add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the steak and vegetables from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the steak and veggies in bowls, optionally with rice or in lettuce wraps.
