Crispy and delicious air fryer spring rolls that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp or tofu, diced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray or oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, shrimp or tofu (if using), soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface, with a corner pointing towards you.
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the wrapper, fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Spray or brush the spring rolls lightly with cooking spray or oil.
  7. Place the spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite vegetables or proteins.
  • Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
