- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
- Cook in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 15-30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste or try adding your favorite spices for a twist.
