- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (Chopped, for garnish.)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato cubes in water for 30 minutes before cooking and pat them dry.
