Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cleaned and dried pumpkin seeds with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until the seeds are evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned pumpkin seeds in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If needed, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry the seeds at 300°F (150°C) for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.
- Once the seeds are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
