Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cleaned and dried pumpkin seeds with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until the seeds are evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the seasoned pumpkin seeds in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If needed, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  4. Air fry the seeds at 300°F (150°C) for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.
