Description
This Air Fryer Orange Chicken combines crispy chicken with a sweet and tangy orange sauce, making it an irresistible treat for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced chicken to the marinade and mix well.
- Cover and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and toss it with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd it.
- Cook the chicken for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness; the chicken should be golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and toss it with the remaining marinade in a saucepan over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the chicken drizzled with the sauce, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
