- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 cup cornmeal (optional for extra crunch)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced okra with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the okra is evenly coated.
- If using cornmeal, sprinkle it over the okra and toss again to ensure all pieces are coated.
- Place the okra in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the okra for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the okra is crispy and golden brown, remove it from the air fryer and serve immediately.
