Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or blueberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips or blueberries if using.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  5. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or use silicone muffin cups.
  6. Scoop the muffin batter into the prepared basket or cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before removing from the basket.
