Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, milk, ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket. If necessary, shape it to fit the basket.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Cook the meatloaf in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can add your favorite herbs or spices to customize the flavor.
  • For extra flavor, glaze the top of the meatloaf with additional ketchup during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
