- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, milk, ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket. If necessary, shape it to fit the basket.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the meatloaf in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can add your favorite herbs or spices to customize the flavor.
- For extra flavor, glaze the top of the meatloaf with additional ketchup during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Make sure to check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it’s fully cooked.
