- 1 fully cooked ham (about 3–4 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and black pepper to make the glaze.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, making shallow cuts.
- Brush the glaze all over the ham, ensuring it gets into the scored cuts.
- Place the ham in the air fryer basket, cut-side down.
- Cook for 30 minutes, then brush with more glaze halfway through cooking.
- Increase the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until heated through and caramelized.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
