  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

This air fryer ham recipe offers a quick and delicious way to prepare your favorite ham with a caramelized glaze, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 fully cooked ham (about 34 pounds)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and black pepper to make the glaze.
  3. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, making shallow cuts.
  4. Brush the glaze all over the ham, ensuring it gets into the scored cuts.
  5. Place the ham in the air fryer basket, cut-side down.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes, then brush with more glaze halfway through cooking.
  7. Increase the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until heated through and caramelized.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For a sweeter glaze, add more brown sugar or honey.
  • Ensure the ham is pre-cooked to avoid undercooking.
  • Leftover ham can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
