- 1 pound gnocchi
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- to taste pepper
- grated, for serving parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the gnocchi are evenly coated.
- Place the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the gnocchi for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
