Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the steak bites, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme. Toss until the steak is well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook the steak bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
