Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add the diced bell peppers, onion, spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
- Pour the frittata mixture into the air fryer basket, spreading it evenly.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, or until the frittata is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
