Ingredients
Scale
- 4 pieces of white fish fillets (such as cod or haddock)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste (for seasoning fries)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each fish fillet in the flour mixture, then dip into the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- After 10 minutes, add the breaded fish fillets to the basket with the fries. Cook for an additional 15 minutes, flipping the fish halfway through.
- Once the fish is golden and cooked through, and the fries are crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
- Serve immediately with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra crispy fish, you can spray the breaded fillets with cooking spray before air frying.
- Feel free to season the fries with your favorite spices for added flavor.
- Ensure that the fish fillets are of even thickness for consistent cooking.
