Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste (for seasoning fries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each fish fillet in the flour mixture, then dip into the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
  6. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. After 10 minutes, add the breaded fish fillets to the basket with the fries. Cook for an additional 15 minutes, flipping the fish halfway through.
  8. Once the fish is golden and cooked through, and the fries are crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
  9. Serve immediately with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
