Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pulse until the mixture is coarse but well combined.
  4. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and flour. Pulse again until mixed.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
  6. Place the falafel in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
