Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until the mixture is coarse but well combined.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, and flour. Pulse again until mixed.
- Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Place the falafel in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with tahini sauce or yogurt dip.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can be frozen before cooking for later use.
