A quick and easy recipe for delicious air fryer falafel.
Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, and flour.
- Blend until a coarse mixture forms.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Brush or spray the falafel with olive oil.
- Place falafel in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
Notes
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Serve with tahini or yogurt sauce.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
