Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).

- In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
