Ingredients

- 2 medium Apple Slices
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry Sheets
- to taste for dusting Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and slice the apples into thin wedges.
- In a bowl, mix the apple slices with brown sugar and cinnamon until well-coated.
- If using, melt the butter and brush it on the puff pastry sheet.
- Cut the puff pastry into desired shapes and place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
- Place the filled pastries in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the air fryer and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute apples with pears or peaches for different flavors.
- You can add nuts or raisins to the apple mixture for added texture.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert.
