These air fryer cookies are easy to make and come out perfectly chewy and delicious every time. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In another large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a piece of parchment paper and place it in the air fryer basket. Leave space between each cookie as they will spread.
  8. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

  • You can substitute chocolate chips with nuts or dried fruits if desired.
  • Make sure to adjust the cooking time based on the size of your cookies and your air fryer model.
  • For softer cookies, underbake slightly and let them continue to cook on the pan after removing them from the air fryer.
