These air fryer cookies are easy to make and come out perfectly chewy and delicious every time. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack!

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In another large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a piece of parchment paper and place it in the air fryer basket. Leave space between each cookie as they will spread.
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
- You can substitute chocolate chips with nuts or dried fruits if desired.
- Make sure to adjust the cooking time based on the size of your cookies and your air fryer model.
- For softer cookies, underbake slightly and let them continue to cook on the pan after removing them from the air fryer.
