  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, mix together the shredded coconut and panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each shrimp first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the coconut and panko mixture.
