Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  5. Pipe churros into air fryer basket, cutting them to your desired length.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  8. Coat churros in the cinnamon sugar mixture while still warm.
