Crispy and sweet air fryer churros coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour and vanilla until well combined.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe churros into air fryer basket, cutting them to your desired length.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Coat churros in the cinnamon sugar mixture while still warm.

- Serve with chocolate sauce for dipping.
