- 4 large bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the chicken and cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket, standing upright.
- Cook the peppers in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Carefully remove the stuffed peppers from the air fryer.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
