- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 small flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, avocado, cilantro
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Warm the flour tortillas in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes or in a skillet over medium heat.
- Serve the chicken fajitas in tortillas with your choice of toppings.
