Crispy and juicy air fryer chicken cutlets that are easy to make and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a second shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each chicken cutlet in the flour mixture, shaking off excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Spray both sides of the breaded cutlets with cooking spray.
  7. Place the chicken cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to do this in batches.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the flour mixture.
