Crispy and juicy air fryer chicken cutlets that are easy to make and packed with flavor.

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a second shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken cutlet in the flour mixture, shaking off excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray both sides of the breaded cutlets with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the flour mixture.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
