- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again.
- Place the cauliflower bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can add more spices like cayenne pepper for some heat.
- For a vegan option, omit the Parmesan cheese or use a dairy-free alternative.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce such as ranch, buffalo sauce, or a yogurt dip.
