Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss again.
  4. Place the cauliflower bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
