Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: burger seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and any additional seasonings.
  2. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined, but do not overmix.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  6. Cook the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  7. Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings and condiments.

Notes

  • For added flavor, mix in chopped onions or shredded cheese into the beef mixture.
  • Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the patties and your desired doneness.
  • You can also cook frozen burger patties directly in the air fryer; add a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
