Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into uniform bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.
- Toss the cauliflower until evenly coated.
- Add the panko bread crumbs to the bowl and mix until the cauliflower is coated with the crumbs.
- Place the cauliflower bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
