Crispy and delicious air fryer Brussels sprouts that are perfectly caramelized and full of flavor.

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
