- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
