Description

Deliciously fudgy brownies made effortlessly in the air fryer! Perfect for a quick dessert fix.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined.
  4. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Grease an air fryer-safe pan or dish and pour the brownie batter into it, spreading it evenly.
  7. Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For fudgier brownies, slightly underbake them.
  • Make sure to grease the pan well to prevent sticking.
  • You can add nuts or other mix-ins to customize your brownies.
