Deliciously fudgy brownies made effortlessly in the air fryer! Perfect for a quick dessert fix.

- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined.
- Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Grease an air fryer-safe pan or dish and pour the brownie batter into it, spreading it evenly.
- Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For fudgier brownies, slightly underbake them.
- Make sure to grease the pan well to prevent sticking.
- You can add nuts or other mix-ins to customize your brownies.
