This recipe shows you how to make bread in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes on a floured surface.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Check for doneness by tapping the bottom of the loaf; it should sound hollow.
- Experiment with herbs or cheese for added flavor.
