A simple recipe for making bread using an air fryer.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until a dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bread for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- For a crustier bread, brush with water before cooking.
- You can add herbs or garlic for extra flavor.
- Store leftover bread in a sealed bag for up to 3 days.
