Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed beets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs if using.
- Place the beets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the beets for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until they are fork-tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove the beets from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can marinate the beets in the seasoning for 30 minutes before air frying.
