  2. Core and slice the apples thinly, about 1/8 inch thick. You can leave the skin on for extra nutrients.
  3. In a bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice, and if desired, cinnamon and sugar until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping.
