- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Choose a tender cut of steak, such as sirloin or filet mignon.
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the steak bites in a single layer.
- Cook the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside to rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic.
- Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter.
- Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
